Jane is based in the management suite, looking after the smooth running of the building day-to day.
Overseeing both the lettings and resident services team, Jane is responsible for ensuring the residents receive a consistently high level of service throughout their entire stay. Jane prides herself on understanding the needs of the residents and welcomes feedback to improve upon customer service at the building.
Away from the office, Jane enjoys walking her French Bulldog Jake and can suggest dog friendly routes.

Lauren will guide you through every stage of the lettings process, from initial enquiry and viewings to becoming a resident with us. Lauren is keen to provide support and enjoys helping people find their new home whilst making each part of the move in process easy and straightforward.
In her spare time Lauren enjoys hiking with her dog Eric and can recommend beautiful scenic routes.

Georgia is based at Pomona Wharf as our resident services manager.
With a background in hotels she’s ready to welcome you with open arms and assist you with life as a Pomona resident.
She has a passion for travelling, enjoying moving around during her career from North Wales to Guernsey, to the Lake District and will be happy to recommend where to go for a nice rural break from the city. In her spare time Georgia enjoys catching up with friends over a drink or escaping to the countryside for hikes with a stunning view at the end.”
