Jane is based in the management suite, looking after the smooth running of the building day-to day.
Overseeing both the lettings and resident services team, Jane is responsible for ensuring the residents receive a consistently high level of service throughout their entire stay. Jane prides herself on understanding the needs of the residents and welcomes feedback to improve upon customer service at the building.
Away from the office, Jane enjoys walking her French Bulldog Jake and can suggest dog friendly routes.
Lauren will guide you through every stage of the lettings process, from initial enquiry and viewings to becoming a resident with us. Lauren is keen to provide support and enjoys helping people find their new home whilst making each part of the move in process easy and straightforward.
In her spare time Lauren enjoys hiking with her dog Eric and can recommend beautiful scenic routes.
As Resident Services Manager Natalie is responsible for delivering an exceptional and consistent service to both the current and new residents of Pomona Wharf.
Supporting the residents throughout their tenancy, Natalie is based onsite to help from the day our residents move in, right through to when they depart.
She also assists with the general property maintenance and all aspects of health and safety within the building.
Managing a small team of onsite staff to ensure the buildings standards throughout are excellent and the customer service provided is always top priority.
In her spare time Natalie likes to keep fit by going to the gym, yoga, and horse riding. She also enjoys socialising with family and friends.
